First Concert: Seeing Loretta Lynn sing "Good Ol' Rocky Top, Rocky Top Tennessee" at We-Fest. It is a weekend long country music festival in my home town. I was 11 and loved the song so my mom took me. Dream Concert? Grew up in upper East TN, majored in Theatre (LOVED acting and directing) in college, visited Boston and fell in love with the area, lived in Eastern Europe after college and taught English in the Czech Republic for a year, then back to TN, worked for a large music festival, moved to MA in the late 90s (without a job in place and drove a 20ft. moving truck while towing my car on a trailer alone to get up here, with no cell phone at the time - CRAZY), worked for a children's theatre company, then landed a job with a cool agency where I've now been for 13 years and hoping to sell my house soon so that I can move into Cambridge or Boston proper.
